SHIPPING INFORMATION

JDM Distro ship WORLDWIDE. The shipping cost for any item is accessible by clicking the “add to cart” button on the product page and enter your delivery location.

We hold stock both in Japan and in Europe. You can check the Stock Location on the “Additional Information” tab of most products listed on the site. Check the Stock Location of the items you are purchasing and select the most appropriate shipping method for you.

FOR ITEMS IN JAPAN STOCK:

• STANDARD SHIPPING: Standard shipping is a Sea freight shipping method. It is the lowest cost shipping but is also very slow and can take from 8 to 20 weeks as it is dependant on Sea liner schedules. DO NOT use this shipping method for time critical items as you may be disappointed with the shipping timeframe.
• JAPAN AIR: This is a much faster shipping method for items from Japan. Air freight usually takes from 2 to 4 weeks depending on stock availability.

FOR ITEMS IN EU/UK STOCK:

• STANDARD SHIPPING: Standard shipping is a 2-4 business day service to the UK/Ireland and a 4-6 day service to most of the rest of Europe. Deliveries worldwide outside of this area usually take about 2 weeks.

FOR ITEMS IN CONTAINER FREIGHT TO EU/UK:

• STANDARD SHIPPING: These items are already loaded in a Shipping Container sailing from Japan to the EU. The container vessel usually takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks and forward shipping of the individual items to their final destinations will be completed when the container arrives.
  Once the container is unloaded and sorted, Standard shipping is a 2-4 business day service to the UK/Ireland and a 4-6 day service to most of the rest of Europe. Deliveries worldwide outside of this area usually take about 2 weeks.

** SPECIAL NOTES ** :

• FOR ORDERS CONTAINING ITEMS FROM BOTH EU & JAPAN
  Your EU based items will be sent via the fastest method available, i.e. 2-4 business day service in the EU/UK. Your Japan based items will be shipped based on your selection of Standard Shipping or Japan Air as per the shipping methods above.
• FOR OVERSIZE ITEMS LIKE ENGINES
  If you are ordering an oversize item like an engine the shipping time will vary substantially depending on where you are. If you need a precise delivery period please contact us for details.
• FOR JR WHEELS
  Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping of JR wheels. We do endeavour to ship all JR wheels orders within one week.
